Delivery and Returns

The products as shown online are crafted specifically for you and to your specifications following an order being placed. Our furniture is made to order and is done so specifically for you. Once your order Is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and technical drawings of the piece.

No cancellation can be accepted once an order has been scheduled for production. Orders cancelled prior to production being scheduled will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge.

Delivery time for all our pieces is approximately 12– 14 weeks (into our London warehouse).

You will be kept informed of the order process, with updates and progress photos. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order, as well as photos of the completed piece, and delivery arrangements will be made for you.

Orders are shipped from the U.K., directly from our warehouse. They are safely and securely delivered to your chosen address with the best shipping carriers used by fine art specialists to transport across oceans.

The prices as shown do not include delivery. We provide U.K. and worldwide delivery for all the pieces. These charges are calculated manually, and you will receive a delivery quote, as well as an optional insurance rate by email within 2 working days after placing the order.  

Please be aware that international delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery. We can help provide a guidance on these costs through the shippers. Please email us for help calculating these costs.
